    Der Verein repräsentiert durch seine Mitgliedsunternehmen einen Teilbereich der Logistikunternehmen der Region Leipzig-Halle und weitere Unternehmen und Institutionen, die in der Logistikbranche tätig sind.

    Der Verein wurde mit dem Ziel gegründet, eine Plattform für Unternehmen zu bieten, auf der gemeinsame Ideen, Konzepte und auch Geschäftsmodelle entwickelt werden können.

    Die konkreten Ziele des Vereins spiegeln sich in vier Themenbereichen wieder, in denen jeweils eine Arbeitsgruppe tätig ist.

    Satzung des „Netzwerk Logistik Mitteldeutschland e.V.“
    § 1 Name, Sitz, Geschäftsjahr

    1. Der Verein führt den Namen „Netzwerk Logistik Leipzig-Halle“
    2. Der Verein soll in das Vereinsregister des Amtgerichts Leipzig eingetragen werden. Nach der Eintragung führt er zu seinem Namen den Zusatz „e.V.“
    3. Der Verein hat seinen Sitz in Leipzig.
    4. Das Geschäftsjahr ist das Kalenderjahr.
    5. Er ist in das Vereinsregister beim Amtsgericht Leipzig eingetragen.
